1. Who we are

GamesOnTv is a service operated by Games On TV LLC, a Virginia limited liability company ("we", "us", "our"). You can reach us at PLACEHOLDER.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to deliver the service:

  • Contact info — your name, the name of your bar, your phone number, and your email address.
  • Bar setup info — the TVs at your venue, the providers feeding them, and your scheduling preferences.
  • Service-use data — message delivery records (sent/failed), opt-in/opt-out events, and basic logs needed to operate the service.

We do not collect more than necessary, and we do not sell your information.

3. How we use your information

  • To send you the SMS messages you've signed up for.
  • To support and improve the service, troubleshoot issues, and respond to you.
  • To comply with legal and carrier requirements (such as TCPA and 10DLC).

4. SMS messaging & consent

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from GamesOnTv related to game scheduling and account communications. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We do not share phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

5. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run GamesOnTv (for example, Twilio for message delivery, our hosting provider, our database provider). These providers are contractually limited to using your information solely to provide their services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. How we protect your information

We treat phone numbers and account data as sensitive. We use HTTPS/TLS in transit, encrypt sensitive fields at rest, follow least-privilege access controls, and avoid logging personal data in plain text. No system is perfectly secure, but we apply industry-standard safeguards and continually improve them.

7. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the service. When you cancel or ask us to delete your data, we will delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, accounting, or audit purposes.

8. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing PLACEHOLDER. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

9. Children's privacy

GamesOnTv is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, notify you via email or SMS.
